About Us

Doodle Ranch is a family affair. We are located in the Middle of the Rocky Mountains. We feel very blessed to raise our children and our dogs in such a beautiful location. Our dogs enjoy daily hikes through the woods, bike rides, river trips, camping, boating excursions, back country boarding and lounging in the warm Colorado sun. They live the dogs life, that is for sure. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or comments, we love to talk about our dogs and their puppies ... it is our passion.

Well I am sure it has been years but I just wanted to drop you a line & express my overwhelmingly joy in my pup Floyd. Well now me & him live on the northshore of Oahu. We regularly see folk like Jack  Johnson, Kelly Slater, and Buttons. The last, a famous pro surfer loves Floyd for his own wild curls. EVERYONE asks if i highlight him, jealous of his natural sun-kissed locks. Most would rather believe I use chemicals over the natural sun. PRETTY FUNNY. He  also is locally famous for his swimming. LIVING for the water & retrieving his frisbee he gladly leaps of the shorebreak & paddles 
towards his toy all on his own. Just wanted to let you know how happy we are & how I am not sure where Id be or what Id be doing if it were not for my partner, Floyd Roy. He is the best!Thank you,Thank you,Thank you! Much much mahalos & love,katie" Katie B

"We are all doing just great and Gumbo is the best dog ever. She is so well behaved and wonderful. She loves everyone, dogs, cats, and horses included. She comes when she's called no matter where she is. She doesn't jump and is really mellow. Loves to go hiking with me or wherever I'm going really. We took a 12 hour road trip over Christmas and she slept both ways and didn't complain once. Susie, we are just so blessed to have our great Gumbo and I just couldn't be happier. Oh BTW, so far no shedding and she has yet to chew up anything in the house! Even the kids toys have been safe. Thank you so much for our lanky, shaggy, 43 pound bundle of joy:) Oh gosh, that sounded like I was talking about a baby!! "Coco has hunted twice for pheasants in S.D., and once for doves and quail in Virginia. She is with us now in Virginia having arrived two hours ago after driving 1780 miles. I plan to stay here until Fall to hunt doves in Sept. then drive to S.D. end of Oct. to hunt pheasants again on way back to CO.

Coco is super smart and I can't believe the energy she has. She ran ahead of my ATV and Motorcycle in CO for over 5 miles, chased a few deer, swam in Iron Bridge gold course pond when half covered with ice. She sits, heals, retrieves, does everything I want except occasionally steals a glove or kitchen utinsle to chew on when we leave here alone too long. She started retrieving immediately after we got her and I worked with her every day at first." Jim H.

"Inara is the BEST!! I've attached pictures - 10 weeks old. She is smart - potty trained in 3 days, knows how to sit and runs to her kennel when I say "Inara's Place, also already doing great on a leash. All my friends want to know if all Golden Doodles are this beautiful and smart or are only yours this good???? I tell them it's this special litter, but that I'd ask what you think and when you will have another litter from these fabulous parents? Should they get on a list with you? I just can't say enough about how wonderful a puppy she is and I know she will be an equally wonderful dog. I'll keep sending pictures." Becka
